1a) What’s the difference between the two virtual design offerings?

We offer two beautifully curated virtual packages, each crafted to suit different design needs:

*Full Room Styling – $1,495
This service includes a full furnishing and styling plan for one space — such as a living room, bedroom, office, or dining area. You’ll receive a realistic 3D rendering, a 2D spatial floor plan (if applicable), and a full sourcing list of furniture, lighting, art, paint, décor, and more — all designed in our signature organic, editorial style. One round of thoughtful revisions is included.

*Finish & Fixture Curation – $795
Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, or any space needing beautiful materials and finishes rather than full furnishings. We’ll create a curated selection board featuring cabinetry colors, tile, paint, hardware, flooring, and lighting — along with a hand-drawn visual to help you see how everything works together. A round of revisions and direct shopping links are included to make the process seamless.

1b) When will I receive my design?

Once all required materials are submitted—including house photos, measurements, the completed questionnaire, and signed terms & service agreement—your project will officially begin. From that point, you can expect to receive your initial design within 7–14 business days, depending on your selected package and the size of your project. I may reach out via email with any questions or clarifications during the design process to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

**PLEASE NOTE: ONE ROOM PER PACKAGE**
Each design package includes one room.
If you’re dreaming up more than one space (for example, a living room and a primary bedroom), you’ll need to purchase a separate package for each room. This helps me dedicate the time and care each space deserves.

2) Is everything done virtually?

Yes — the entire experience is virtual, designed to be both elevated and effortless. After submitting your completed questionnaire and a few photos of your space, we’ll begin crafting your custom design. Your final package will be delivered in a polished PDF, perfect for implementing at your own pace or sharing with a contractor.

3) Do you offer phone or video consultations?

We don’t include calls as part of these offerings. Everything is communicated through email, which allows for a more organized and thoughtful design experience — and gives you a beautiful, easy-to-reference package you can return to anytime.

4) Are cabinetry drawings included in the kitchen or bath design?

While we don’t offer cabinetry elevation drawings at this time, our packages includes either a custom hand-drawn visual or realistic 3D rendering to help you see how all the selected finishes and materials come together in your space.

5) Will I receive shopping links?

Absolutely. All of our packages include direct links for each selected item or material, whether it’s paint, tile, hardware, or lighting. We want your experience to feel inspiring — but also practical and easy to implement.

6) Are revisions included in the service?

Yes — each package includes one round of revisions. This allows you to request refinements or minor changes after reviewing your initial design. We ask that requests remain within the original scope, and not a full redesign.

7) Do you offer refunds?

Please note: All sales are final.

Because this is a fully custom and digital service, we’re unable to offer refunds once a purchase is made—even if you decide not to move forward with the design process. Each package is thoughtfully tailored from the moment it's ordered, with care poured into every detail behind the scenes.

That said, our heart is always in helping you create something beautiful. One round of revisions is included to ensure your design feels just right, and we’re here to support you every step of the way as your space begins to take shape.

8) What happens if something goes out of stock?

We intentionally source from trusted brands known for stable inventory. That said, items can sell out quickly. If something becomes unavailable before you place your order, we’re happy to suggest a beautiful alternative as part of your included revision.
